Your credit card will be charged in full at the time that you make your on-line purchase. Be sure that the name and address that you enter matches the name on your credit card and the address where you receive your credit card billing statement or the charge will not be authorized. At this time we cannot ship to any address other than that where you receive your credit card statement. If you have questions about your online transaction, please contact us and we will help you. Sales tax only applies to purchases shipped within the state of Florida and is calculated based upon the county in which your items are shipped.
We stock our rings in the most common sizes but we understand that not all of us have the same size fingers. The size of each ring is listed in the ring’s “additional information” tab. If the ring that you would like to purchase requires sizing, please call us or send a message using the enquiry tab in the product window and we will tell you about any additional charges that you may incur. Please note that:
- Most but not all rings can be sized. If your ring cannot be sized, chances are we can special order one in your size
- We size most of our rings at no charge to you, however, we may have to charge to size some rings – for example, those that have diamonds all around the shank or size-ups requiring additional metals
- Once sized, your ring will be altered from its original state and therefore nonreturnable
If you are ordering a ring that is not in your size, please call or send us a message so that we can tell you about any sizing charges that may apply. Be sure to reference the SKU number in your message.
We want you to be happy with your purchase so we provide a 7-day return period*. If you decide to return your purchase, please be sure that it is in new and unworn condition and in its original packaging. Return prepaid and insured (no CODs) within 7 days to:

We ship all packages by insured USPS, FedEx, or UPS signature required. Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday – Friday ship that same day. Orders placed after 2pm on Friday or during the weekend ship the following Monday.

All internet purchases over $500 ship free by USPS Priority Mail or FedEx. USPS Priority Mail or FedEx 2-Day takes 2-3 days to arrive depending on your location. You can upgrade your delivery at checkout to Express Mail or FedEx Priority overnight for $20. Express Mail and FedEx Priority Overnight ships next day to most locations and 2-Day to some rural addresses. Fine Art Purchases
We can ship your new painting anywhere in the US but all artwork requires careful packaging to prevent damage. Please contact us for crating and shipping charges that will be associated with your painting.

If your jewelry should ever require repair, we will be here to help. Please return it to us shipping prepaid and insured along with an explanation of the needed repair and your complete contact information. We will then provide you with a repair estimate and gain your approval prior to proceeding. While we have the capability to repair many items in-store, there are some instances when we will need to send your item to the original designer for repair. Typical turnaround time is two weeks but occasionally it may take longer. We’ll be sure to communicate with you throughout the process.
